Rental Service

Equity One is happy to assist owners who prefer to handle the day-to-day management of their property, but do not have the time to market and show vacancies, nor the expertise in choosing a new tenant.

This service includes the following:
View / show vacant units
Recommend required maintenance
Advertise and market vacancy
Thorough verification of potential tenant and credit screening
Execute rental/lease agreement
Collect 1st months rent and deposit upfront
Conduct move-in inspection
Disburse funds to the owner
